Too, as in two. Too dada, as in a little too much.

Dada was born in Zurich in 1916, at the Cabaret Voltaire. Its name was picked from a dictionary by chance: dada, a child's hobby-horse. Tzara, Arp, Duchamp and Picabia used it to break every rule of taste.

We keep the horse, the appetite for the absurd and the love of the unexpected cut, and we put them at the service of the houses we film for. Two directors means two ways of looking at the same image. The films come out of where those two views overlap.

Benoît Mallory & Jérôme Bernard

Benoît Mallory

A Paris-based director of fashion films, luxury commercials, fragrance campaigns and live runway shows. His work for Rabanne, Balmain, Christian Louboutin, Dior and Louis Vuitton has shaped a cinematic eye sharpened by fashion.

His 35 mm short film Le Fil des Coups was screened in 25 countries and won five awards. He also leads multi-camera live productions for the Paris runways.

Jérôme Bernard

A French director and producer working where luxury, beauty and fashion meet. He has directed films for Guerlain, Chanel and Printemps, among more than a hundred commercials, and CB News ranks him among the top 30 directors in France.

In 2011 he founded Duck Factory (DKFT), a multi-award-winning production and post-production studio in Paris. Production, editing, colour grading, motion design and sound sit under one roof, so a film stays in the same hands from the first idea to the final grade. Chanel, Guerlain, La Prairie, L'Oréal and Zimmermann have all worked with the studio.
